Questions About Your Hotel Stay

1. Can I check in before 3:00 pm?

Rooms are guaranteed to be available from 3:00 pm. You are welcome to ask at reception whether your room may already be ready. If so, an earlier check-in is possible.

2. Can we store our luggage earlier?

Yes, this is possible. Please speak to reception, and our staff will store your luggage for you.

3. Until when do I need to check out?

Rooms are available until 11:00 am. After that, we need time to prepare them for the next guests.

4. Is there a place to store our e-bikes?

At Centralhotel, guests can store their bicycles in our lockable bike room. Charging facilities for e-bikes are also available there.

5. Can I rent a bicycle?

We do not offer rental bikes, but a bike rental shop is located just two houses away: “Fahrradverleih Pauli”.

6. Is smoking allowed on the balconies?

Yes, smoking is permitted on the balconies.

7. Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes. All hotel guests can use our Wi-Fi network free of charge. Each room has its own individual Wi-Fi code.

8. Can I use streaming services on the TV?

All our TV sets are internet-enabled. You can simply log in with your own streaming account.

9. When can I have my meals as part of half board?

Breakfast is served from 7:00–10:00 am. Hot meals included in half board are available from 11:30 am–8:30 pm.
